Emaar Beachfront is an exclusive project of Emaar Properties. It appears on the territory of Dubai Marina, but is an independent luxury residential community. Its total area is 929 000 sq. meters. As part of the planned construction complex, 27 residential buildings are concentrated in which more than 10,000 properties for rent and sale are concentrated.
