Vidalista 40 mg is an oral tablet used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED, also known as impotence) and Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) in men. It contains the active ingredient Tadalafil which works by relaxing the smooth muscles in the blood vessel walls and increasing the blood flow to the penis. A single tablet is recommended to be taken once per day. It can be taken with or without food. It should be taken approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour before any sexual activity. The effects of this medicine usually last for around 36 hours.
