Hurricane Beryl approaches Caribbean islands as an “extremely dangerous” Category 4 storm, Typhoon Beryl was moving toward the Windward Islands in the southeastern Caribbean as an "very hazardous" Classification 4 tempest, the Public Storm Place said Sunday night. Forecasters cautioned that the main serious typhoon of the Atlantic season would bring dangerous breezes and tempest floods to the Windward Islands early Monday.
