This will help you stay focused on what’s important to you. If you don’t want to read about a certain topic, you won’t have to see anyone talking about that topic. Twitter is a public forum, so it’s up to you to decide who you want to read and who you want to ignore. This can be a tricky step, but it’s important for keeping your feed focused on the conversations you want to have. To block words from your feed on Twitter, head over to the settings section of your account. From there, find the “Blocking” section. You’ll be able to unblock words and phrases from your feed or choose to block certain words and phrases from all tweets. Filter Out Non-essential Tweets From time to time, you’re going to see something on Twitter that you don’t like. Whether it’s a tweet that is racist or sexist, you’re going to see things on the platform that bother you.
