Erectile Dysfunction (ED) or Impotence or Erectile Disorder is a condition/situation when a man is unable to get or keep a firm erection during having sexual pleasures. The condition prevents the man from having sex or finishing sex. Earlier this used to be called impotence or infertility. ED or Erectile Dysfunction can occur at any age, but this problem is more common in men who are older than 75 years. In other words, Erectile Disorder or ED is a major challenge for many men today regardless of their age — young, middle-aged, or old.
