Hydrocele, a peculiar variation of the uncommon posterior perineal hernia, is brought on by a recto genital septum abnormality. The identification of the entity and the discovery of an anterior intraluminal rectal lump serve as the basis for the diagnosis. Colostomy and anatomic defect closure are necessary for correction.
