JAKARTA (Reuters) - In a wilderness of Papua, Indonesia, the Awyu clan anticipates a High Court deciding that will decide if large number of hectares of rainforest will be cleared for an immense palm oil admission to be established on the graves of their predecessors.
"Birds of heaven, cassowaries… hallowed places, and the ways of our precursors are there," said Awyu man, Hendrikus "Franky" Woro. "On the off chance that the graves of our precursors are eliminated, we will commit a transgression against them."
