The Colorado Court of Appeals overturns the ruling in the Teller County Sheriff’s Office immigration case,Teller Province Area Court Judge Scott Sells decided for the sheriff in February 2023, deciding that the 287(g) arrangement didn't disregard state regulation.Yet, the requests court dismissed Sells' decision that agents were possibly dependent upon government regulation while going about as migration officials, deciding that Congress didn't plan to supersede state regulation with the ICE arrangements.
