कोरोना महामारी के समय लॉक डाउन के बाद राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा एक आदेश जारी किया गया था जिसके अनुसार 31 मई तक बिजली का बिल जमा कराने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को बिजली के बिल में 5% की छूट व पेनल्टी से मुक्ति मिलेगी लेकिन कोटा शहर उल्टा ही हो रहा है । KEDL के कई बिल जमा संग्रहण केंद्रों पर आम जन से 5% की छूट भी नहीं दी जा रही है इसके साथ पेनल्टी की वसूली की जा रही है । इस मामले को लेकर आज नगर निगम के पूर्व नेता प्रतिपक्ष अनिल सुवालका, जिला कांग्रेस कमेटी के महासचिव विपिन बरथुनियां, एस.सी. कांग्रेस के जिला अध्यक्ष दिनेश खटीक ने जयपुर विद्युत वितरण निगम के अधीक्षण अभियंता राज सिंह यादव से मिलकर विरोध जताया ।

ग्राम पंचायत बनेठिया पुर्व सरपंच रवि प्रताप सिहं (चंदा )ने बताया कि ग्यापन के माध्यम से मांग है कि सुल्तानपुर पंचायत समिति के उजाड़ क्षेत्र में संचालित गेंहू खरीद केन्द्रों की क्षमता बहुत कम है । जिससे किसानो के अनाज की तुलाई समय पर नही हो पा रही है । किसानो की आजाविका खेती पर ही निर्भर है । ऐसे समय पर उनकी फसले समर्थन मूल्य में नही बिक पा रही है । सरकार द्वारा कुछ खरीद केन्द्रो की तुलाई क्षमता तो बढ़ा दिया पर किशनगंज, बड़ौद , मोरपा , खरीद केन्द्र में तुलाई क्षमता प्रतिदिन 500 क्विंटल ही है । जिससे एक दिन में महज पाँच किसान ही अपने अनाज को बेच पाते है । किसानो को टोकन के लिए भी चक्कर लगाने पड़ रहे है । टोकन प्रक्रिया की व्यवस्था नहीं होने से छोटे व लघु सीमान्त किसानो को टोकन के लिए चक्कर लगाना पड़ रहे है ।
