Whenever If your printer status display "Printer in error state" there may be a problem with the printer it self. Make sure the printer is turned on and connected to your PC by the Wi-Fi or cable. Check printer driver message, Check it for low paper or ink, and be sure the cover isn't open and the paper isn't jammed.
