To send you email updates, we need your correct email address. If you don't hear from us, please check that your email address has been entered correctly. To confirm your contact information, go to your Xfinity Mobile account and click Service Settings > Edit Contact Information. If you notice that your emails aren't showing up on your phone, there are a couple of things you can check: Confirm that you've added the correct email address to your iPhone, Samsung, or LG phone. Check that you are connected to WiFi. If not, please confirm that your phone shows a 4G LTE or 3G network signal.
