If you face such a problem, the first solution is to restart your MS Outlook. Restarting MS Outlook does not solve the Outlook freezes issue, then it's time to repair the Office application. Close all Office applications that are currently running on the system. Select 'Programs' then 'Features' from the Control Panel. Choose 'Change' after selecting 'Office package' from the list of programs to repair. After you have completed these instructions, restart MS Outlook, and your Outlook freezing issue will be gone.
