As we were in transit, we didn't expect to have to apply for a US visa. nAt check in we were told we needed to apply for an online visa before they could issue our boarding passes. Feeling overwhelmed and not having a clue what we were doing, we found one of the ground crew. Dimple (Dim) was absolutely amazing. With a beautiful smile she couldn't have been more helpful. We were so incredibly grateful as without her we would have missed our flight. Thank you so much Dim. Meanwhile Phil another ground staff crew member constantly checked to see whether our visa had come through, which it did with minutes to spare. We just wanted to say a huge thank you!"
