Talk to your doctor before Ritalin intake to get the required prescription and other safety adjustments concerning the treatment course. Follow the prescription to benefit from the course. Never increase or decrease the dose or length of the therapy. To avoid any complications, especially intensive sleepiness during the day, Ritalin should be administered in the morning, at approximately the same time each day.
