Dr. Jellig currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania and Rowan University focusing on educational leadership courses. He made an impact on the South Brunswick School District in New Jersey by serving as superintendent and on the Board of Education. His successes there include two clean financial audits, getting one school removed from state monitoring through academic improvement, settlement of eight labor contracts on time, and the construction of three turf fields and a stadium.
